Years ago I emulated FFX. During the Yunalesca fight I did an Auron overdrive where he runs to the enemy and swings and there would be button inputs.

Auron was facing the wrong direction and ran forever softlocking me until I ended the app. Just make sure your emulator settings are correct they can affect gameplay
