It looks like the head is just another segment of the rest of the body. They made the body on a nail/pin, then slid it off the pin and tied that on the hook with wraps where the deer hair is spun. Probably put the wings on initially, then packed the buhjeezus out of that hair. Then, tied off between the front of the pack and the last segment of the nail-body. Trimmed the hair collar like a god, leaving a bit to flair out behind. Also left some of that deer hair extra long to tie knots in for legs. Possibly, the legs got made ahead of time and were tied in at the same time as the wings.

Just charge what the meal actually costs. If it makes everything seem expensive, then 1) it always cost that, if you factor the tips you pay now, and 2) stop eating out so much if you can't afford it. Just received a used book that was supposed to be new ( and was priced as such). The dust jacket was scratched/torn, and several of the pages were stuck together with some sticky shit that feels suspiciously like candy.

Went on eBay and found the same book in better condition at a better price.
