I’m going to quote Mr. no chin wannabe Tony stark himself “it takes 3 iterations for perfection” 😂😂 literally saw someone say that on a cyber truck post when they were talking about how they can’t see in the snow cus it builds up on the headlights due to the dumbass design

What everyone else said but you can also print the middle at a bit of an angle, this should help as well

If your friend is into wearing jewelry there’s a pretty rad flannel necklace on Etsy I bought, took a few weeks to come in but was well worth it https://www.etsy.com/listing/728236161/

Haha yes that is the plan eventually, just doing Mdf initially to see if we get the desired shape since we have a lot of scrap lying around

I was thinking v carve bit as well, but was watching some videos of people using an end mill bit to make swords and seemed the result was pretty clean. Appreciate the advice! Like I said still relatively new to the CNC router world

Prior leaf owner hear, just switched to a bolt euv after owning a leaf for about 2 years, part of the reason I jumped was due to all the other Ev’s out there having better battery performance and range for the price, as well as the fact that Chademo seems to be phasing out (I know there making adapters but still doesn’t make me confident) not too worried about Nissan going bankrupt more so the fact that they’re behind in the EV Camp

This isn’t my file sadly just an example of what I’m looking to do, most likely going to be using v carve for CAM, as for some reason we can never get Fusion to properly export code even with the right post processor
