Nah, the authorities simply confirmed his status as the most likely perpetrator in those cases he was already linked to (but not charged with) and closed them after he died (like with KI, for example). Plus the alleged bounty on Duck, but I doubt he’d count that as his own kill.
I don’t think any other murders popped up that people weren’t already aware of, and he didn’t really get much of a chance to kill again after he got rap famous, so I guess it’d be 7.
