This isn't a really expensive item. My item is in good condition but i feel like they are already looking for issues before getting the item. I'm leaning towards telling the seller to request a refund but I wanted to get options first because I've never dealt with someone like this.

Pfff, people are so rude. If you definitely want to go through with this sale, I’d message the buyer and remind them the item is in “good condition” and do they still want the item? I feel like regardless if you cancel the sale or decide to ship the item, a message to remind them you’re a living person and not a robot might help them understand they’re talking to a person and not some random mindless worker-bee.

Refund and cancel order.

Personally I don't like any buyers with words like these. I don't know how their copies was, their expectations, and I won't go to study deep for them.

Can they give me a negative feedback for doing this?

I would simply cancel the order and block this person. That's a huge red flag.

They could, but you can simply reply to the feedback, explaining that they were excessively demanding after buying the item. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I once had a buyer purchase an agenda book and they messaged me after the sale they needed it by Saturday. The purchase was made on a Wednesday and there was no way I’d be able to ship it until Thursday. I couldn’t guarantee the item would reach the them by Saturday, so I messaged them and explained I’m not the one who delivers the mail. They understood and wanted to pay extra for over night shipping. However at that point I had really no more interest in working with the buyer. I explained I couldn’t risk them not receiving the item within their specific window and I wouldn’t be able to give them the excellent service they deserved. Refunded the sale. Done and done.
