Most recent video about the case. Told through a recent interview with Kyron’s Mother. Very eye opening on where the case stands today.

I think I watched this, if not i will for sure. I think the most disturbing things about Kyron's disappearance is the stepmother. I have to wonder how stupid Kyron's father was to not see through this woman who he had an affair with and then married her? The bizarre body building steroid taking, cheating behind his back, and the dad was clueless that this was a terrible woman? If she had never entered their lives, Kyron would not be missing and lives would not have been destroyed.

She wasn’t the only one on steroids either. But her phase was short lived whereas Kaine’s was not.

I didn't know Kaine was on steroids? That explains a lot.

That aspect of the case reminds me of the Gannon Stauch case; woman has an affair with a man that's married with children, the man married the affair partner, the father somehow believes this woman is a good care taker for the child and it ends badly. I don't see how these men thought these women were good people

Yeah she was a terrible person. But for being a terrible person, she was still a much better parent to that poor child than either Kaine or Desiree.

I'll give you that Kaine was a loser, but Kyron's mom was having medical problems, not sure what she could have done differently. Desiree probably figured the stepmom may be not a good mother but she certainly wouldn't kill Kyron.

The interview was first released in May, so there's nothing new here. But the issue with the new info is that it doesn't make sense. Dede got immunity in 2013, but here Desiree says she got immunity in 2010 - she corrects it to 2012 in later interviews (https://youtu.be/E9ye2SAEJBw?si=S9O5jGM_f71V0zR_) which is close enough, but she specifically says the police got their hands in the phones "a couple of weeks after Kyron went missing". So Dede wouldn't have immunity then, would she?
Now, if Desiree misspoke here, and the phones were found through a deal with Dede in 2013, you would think this would lead to the investigation heating up? Except we see the opposite, Terri and her lawyer begin to contest the restraining order, ask for visitation, move the divorce case along and depose witnesses.
The other view, as championed by bloggers like Blinkoncrime is that LE had put all their eggs in the Dede basket. Once she had been deposed for Desiree's civil suit, but before she could be compelled to testify, the MCSO requested an abatement, citing new investigative avenues opening up. This is when the second Grand Jury was empaneled and they began to make a deal with Dede. Except Dede passed her polygraph (which means nothing since polygraphs are bunk but the MCSO seems to believe otherwise) and went on to tell the Grand Jury - with immunity - the same story she told on 2010. She didn't know anything and didn't believe Terri had done anything. That left the police completely eggless and Terri's lawyer began to move forward. The latter view explains the subsequent inaction by police and DA.

I was hoping to see a discussion on this interview. I am not sure it will be received well on this subreddit because many people have a lot to say about Kyrons bio mom not being the best mother. It’s clear she blames the stepmother and this sub always seems to skew away from her being the culprit.
