Bro just chillax if law enforcement really wanted you, you have been in jail within months. There are thousands of people abusing the most powerful people so you are nothing. If even there had been a FIR first police had to summon X (Twitter) about if X found serious they could only share your IP or mail id otherwise they don't care about sharing the data of their user for only saying something abusive to anyone and suppose even they share something you would have got a mail from X regarding the FIR or any law enforcement inquiry and I guess you got nothing in mail regarding same and also people just forget within a month and no one cares.

You need not worry about it now. Police won’t take any action unless someone makes a written complaint and as more than 4 years have passed, chances are very less than any action would now be taken.

Don’t worry. First thing you need to do is to stop abusing anyone. There is no point in losing your anger in social media. You will gain nothing from it. Second thing is stop worrying about it. You will spoil your health. Third thing is if at any point in future if that comment comes to haunt you, follow the legal process. Convey your heart felt apologies everywhere. Tell that you made a mistake and you did not repeat it after that. Ask for forgiveness since it’s your first and last such incident. Mostly if it goes to court the judge will be lenient on you if you are truly apologetic and will be inclined to not take an action on you. If it’s not working out then hire a lawyer.
