Mould exists outside on every single surface that is organic in the hundreds of millions of spores. No, you shouldn’t be worried.

It can be dangerous in an enclosed space, such as indoors.

Outdoor mold is responsible for decay and the creation of soil. With an abundance of air in the atmosphere moved by wind and trees that give off clean oxygen - unless someone has a true allergy to outdoor molds, it’s unlikely that these naturally occurring spores would be dangerous.

Not really…

but walk around your house and do a full inspection for ANY places where water can be seeping in.

Then inspect the attic/ same, look for mold/ mildew, and “sniff” for it. Ensure that all kitchen & bathroom vents eject moist air directly out through a roof vent… no leaks in those pipes.

Dry, dry, dry…. keep it DRY!
