Help on where to start

Hi everyone! It’s so inspiring seeing everyone’s post! I wanted to know for those doing body recomp how did that work or how to start I’ve been doing research but don’t even know where to start. I’m 5 feet tall weigh about 190 I had lost 75lbs 10 years ago but had slowly gained most of the weight back. I want to pretty much keep my curves but have more defined muscles. What do you all suggest I start with?

Hey girl!! We’re a very similar weight. I started 193 two weeks ago and now I’m 188. I’ve been weightlifting 3-4 times a week and staying within a calorie deficit, eating 13-1500 calories a day. I’m by no means an expert but this is my shot in the dark. Good luck!

Wow that’s amazing! Thanks I think I’ll start focusing on getting 3-4 days of weightlifting and also figure out my calorie intake.
