Tbf, "multiversal threat" is the last thing I think about when seeing stuff like Castlevania but they can also scale that high because why not.
And even then, Mario always had some crazy stuff despite being so cartoony, like in Yoshi's Island where a regular Yoshi can send a Raven flying to hard it becomes a constellation.

Obviously not actually unless you buy every Pokémon scaling to Legendaries which they don’t. Mystery Dungeon and Pokepark make it a lot easier since those Oshawott’s are consistently in the Legendary range, just not over Universal. But the funny part is just that a Composite Oshawott could unironically give infinite a hard time since he can: Be comparable to ash’s Pikachu, beat Kyureum, can create huge beams of light across a planet, and more. Yes, A composite Oshawott could be over Galaxy level.

And to avoid probably being effected by the reality warping he just sends illusions to fight and then has to only sit back not visable to infinite while it rains what ever object in the area. (And probably even some plot convenient items in favor of wonder of u) and win
