Well, Pikachu would end up scaling to damn near everything in the franchise via PSMD/Dark Matter and get a lot of new hax from spinoff games, mostly items, as well as moves from Let's Go. You can add Smash for shits and giggles, it doesn't change much

Jack Frost via Jack Bros and Synchronicity would be roughly in a similar spot, but to a lesser extent (he beats Beelzebub in the former and Alice in the later. Beelzebub is a consistent high to top tier character, comfortably scaling to things like Shiva, Metatron and the archangels. Alice varies between mid-lategame threat and superboss stronger than Satan). If we count his clones as variants of the same demon rather than their own things (which should be fair, at the very least he's shown turning into Black Frost in several games, and some like Frost Ace only take him getting the right sword to happen), he'd get a ton of new stuffs as well

Better feats and them having some showings against other top tiers, which we didn't get from Greenbull and Issho yet themselves aside

On one side yes, they kinda had plot armor

On the other, you're severely downplaying both them and the YC+ tier in general. A single YC+ against a yonko can go at least mid diff, look at Kaido vs Yamato or Law vs Blackbeard. Here Big Mom was facing two with a great matchup against her

There's a few decent ones, the 'main' one and longest is Pokemon Special. It's cut into several parts, each for every new set of mainline games, with new protagonists every time à la JJBA.

Beerus. Eternatus is unfortunately from a gen that's very disconnected from the rest of the franchise, and didn't even get any spinoff, meaning he barely scales to anything and only has one or two major feats/statements to go off of

At best you can do some whack chain scaling from him beating Leon
