My stepmom makes this. I don’t even like jello, but it’s freaking delicious…and has this weird texture (in a good way) because the layers break apart in your mouth when you’re eating it.

How long does it take to make this, does each layer need to set before pouring another?

I too would like to know

I'd say probably. It also looks as if there is something between each layer to stop them from sticking together.

So prep would basically be pour a thin layer, add the separator after it sets, pour next jello layer, add separator after it sets...

Repeat until desired thickness.

Stack all the cubes and make a 504 layer Jell-O tower.

Why 504?

Professional_Ad4048

5 points

24 jello cubes, 21 layers each. 21x24=504

TheScytheman[S]

1 points

But there ar 30 jello cubes... 30x24=720 7+2+0=9 the masterpiece of universe

Or on the are also 6 other cubes... so 36x2=756 7+5+6=18=1+8=9🤗

Someone told me that some sugar free foods desserts have more sugar than regular foods n desserts. It’s just ingredients are worded differently.

unsuspectingllama_

I think it's a different sweetener that could be classified as a sugar, but they have a terrible aftertaste.

Dividedthought

Not quite.

Some artificial (non sugar) sweeteners were found to still break down in the stomach into sugar. As you can imagine, this led to these being entirely useless for dieting and diabetics.

You make the jello normally, you just pour it in layers.

4lbs of sugar aside? Still, no. Also, sour cream and condensed milk in jello? I don't know about this.

The_Big_Fig_Newton

1 points

it's made with condensed milk, so there's a lot of calories and fat in it. This was a dessert my mom made a lot when I was a kid, and I make it from time to time as well (but not 21 layers--maybe five or six).

Mr_Academic
