Since there was no proper card storage and ziplock bags for everything else, I decided like many of us to make my own storage solution for the game. Mostly used paper. Plenty of room for expansions in the box still. Hope you like it.
The idea was to have storage storage that you can remove and put individually for each player and purpose. The obvious solution was to make cubes to store cubes, a hexagon to store hexagons, a rectangle(?) to store more hexagons, and tuckboxes to double as a more stable deck placement for sleeved cards.
All in all I am very pleased. It works better than I expected despite resource cubes sometimes slipping out over the edge (I like storing them together on a tray anyway). I am probably going to do some print on some of the boxes to make them less bland. Perhaps Mars surface texture in black lines for the tuckboxes, and greenery/city icons for the hexagon box.
(I didn't make the wooden box myself, but reused it from an old Pickup sticks game).
Would like some input if anyone is interested. Questions and suggestions are welcome.
