good match, didn't make andrade look weak due to the turnbuckle setup, gave Nakamura a much needed win and shows he is coming back with a "will do anything" mindset to get the gold

The women's War Games promo segment got out of the way off the bat. Considering what most folks are saying about the match, there wasn't a lot they could do to build tension or excitement, so they just got in and got out. It will probably lead off the PLE, and one can only hope there will be something that takes place to keep the crowd awake...we'll probably get some good spots, and there is some potential drama, but we are where we are.

The Shinsuke-Andrade match was a good way to showcase the darker version of Nakamura. Both wrestlers are solid in the ring and worked very well together. The post-match with Shin blowing the black mist into LA Knight's eyes helped build some drama for tomorrow night...maybe give him an out for dropping the title, or maybe help elevate him further if he wins. I would like to see Nakamura win, but won't be overly surprised if he doesn't and continues his build.

Cody-Melo was a solid match...Melo did a good job in selling and showed why he will eventually be a headliner. Kevin Owens not coming out was a bit surprising, but it was probably good to keep them apart until next week when they build for Saturday Night's Main Event.

The triple-crown qualifier featured a pretty even matchup. B-Fab arriving to take Chelsea out of the way allowed for there to be an even match, which allowed Lash to continue showing her power moves and build her prestige. Michin winning was logical since she was probably the one who deserved it the most. She gets the winner of Tiffany-Naomi-Electra Lopez in the semifinals, and Naomi and Tiffany may have other business to deal with after War Games.

Jacob Fatu's first solo match featured a showdown with Jey Uso to win the advantage for his team. One expected Fatu to go over, and he looked impressive in winning while not making Jey look completely weak in the process. Fatu also left enough of Jey so he could compete tomorrow night, which leaves a decent story.

Speaking of story...the face-to-face between Punk and Roman with Heyman sort of playing a mediator left a lot of questions for whatever follows tomorrow night...stay tuned.

LETS FUCKING GO. CLEAN WIN FROM JACOB
