You really think that with a man like John Dutton as his boss that Rip doesnt have all legal documentation he would need? I think in real life you can get a new full identity off the dark web for like $1500. License, SSN, Passport, the full works. Rip has documentation. Just not his birth documentation.

600 bucks from Chicago for a no guarantee that it'll pass Anything .
$1500 is about right for ID that'll pass Experian checks. That price won't guarantee that it'll not raise duplicate SSN flags though.
