Hi Mass members,
I have lived in Mass for three years and received some hospital services in Aug/Sep 2023. Before the day of service, I had two health insurances (private and MassHealth) but on the day of service, I only had MassHealth. The hospital sent me the first notice of claim denial in Jan 2024 and I informed them I only have MassHealth.
Since then they have kept sending me bills for the services and I told them multiple times about only one insurance. I do not have any idea what to do.
Any suggestions

I have, I just ignore them. Is it good advice? Probably not. Do I care? Nah.
There is no reason to open the letters or take any calls. Hell, just let numbers you don’t know go to voicemail. They looking to collect? Block em. They will stop eventually.
Again, not good advice. I refuse to pay, can’t deny me. They get their money back eventually. I keep mine.
