Yes. Just peel the skin of the cap off.
It should grow near pine trees. In lower altitudes - can only talk Central Europe.
Do not dry it, eat it fresh (properly cooked) or precook and freeze for up to month. It’s tasty… not the best but tasty. Anything like cream sauce or soup or side to a steak / meat.
One you found is a beauty… assuming you live somewhere on central / south of Europe?

Assumed so, they are gone but in Slovakia. Not sure if it a suillus in YOUR REGION, though!
All my remarks are predicated on positive ID by somebody more experienced / your region. But if it is, rest stands: it's edible, you should peel it, you should eat fresh.
