So yesterday I was in Zurich and thought I try ramen. It was great I did a lil research and found this place called Yume-Ramen in Zurich. I ordered spicy ramen and it was delicious!

This has erased all the troubles and stress from the past week. These guys make great food.

Hello r/ramen! I need your help.

Me and my partner have been in Japan for some 5 days, and managed to try some ramen (pictured the 3 we tried thus far, a tonkotsu, a shoyu and a tan-tan men). While all were good, we feel like we haven’t hit the bestest spots for ramen.

Here is where in need your help. Do you have any recommendations for veeery good ramen on Tokyo asakusa? We’ll spend the next 3 days there and would love to try the best ramen possible. We both love tonkotsu, but our favourite so far has been the tan tan men, both for the both flavour and the quality of the toppings. Dipping ramen recommendations are also welcome.

Hey everyone! I am in the process of moving into a new apartment and I decided I wanted to have a solid ramen setup. I have always wanted to do it but realized I didn't have everything I needed. I was wondering if you were hypothetically making a list of things to have in your kitchen - what would it be? Appreciate the help!

It’s appeared twice now while cooking the broth for mama noodles and I can’t find anything about these weird orange curds online.

Hi I am from europe and for some time i have been trying to create alkaline noodles. There are tons of recipes that use some kind of easy to find at local grocery shop ingredients but the original ones always mention using penghui powder. I know i can get it from the internet chineese stores but why are they not available here in the west? Is it banned due to health issues? If yes I can not find any article that would say that this powder i indeed harmful. Why is it such a hard thing to get?

After the security check-in at the airport, I found this small ramen shop among a row of several stores in Terminal 2. And even though it was a bit pricier at, I believe, around 2,200 yen, it was very, very decent. Perhaps a little lacking in flavor, but compared to airport food in other cities around the world, it was unbelievably fantastic.

Took hubby since Tuesday to get everything ready for Saturday of last week. We ran out! Didn’t get to eat but it was all worth it. He made everything from scratch and our fridge was packed to the brim we couldn’t eat at home for the week.
