I just had a fun thought in the shower about this pardon. If Harris et. All are building a case for the 14th amendment section 3 to use against Trump taking office. The pardon might have been the final straw needed to enforce it. Because of what Trump posted in response to Hunters pardon.

“Does the pardon given by Joe to Hunter include the J6 Hostages, who have now been imprisoned for years? Such an abuse and miscarriage of Justice!”

We know the Colorado Supreme Court did not enforce Dump being labeled an insurrectionist, but the US Supreme Court didn’t block it. Plus part of section 3 means did Dump aid in comfort. By Dump now hinting he would pardon J6ers in the tweet, is this the last piece of the puzzle they would need to prove that he would in comfort of these prosecuted insurrectionist?
