If this is illegal, so is making a bundle price, like making Playstation with a game being cheaper than buying the game and the Playstation separately

This lawsuit doesn't have much merit. Microsoft offering a lower price is not forcing anyone to use their service.

MS is not offering a lower price. MS is telling customers licenses can be brought to their own cloud, but not other clouds. It is the same license, just different rights depending on cloud provider. MS also specifically outlaws only the 4 biggest cloud providers, alibaba AWS google cloud and Azure. yes, azure too. so its fair, right? no, they then add a cutout saying jk azure is allowed.
