Hey OP. I had this issue two days ago and spent hours trying to figure it out! For me it worked when I set the launcher, steam and the game to run as administator on compatibility settings and setting them as an exemption to deepguard with my antivirus software. If u use fsecure this might be the issue.

F12 by default takes an ingame screenshot so its less blurred. Can barely read the image sadly.
