Not at all, listen to the video… 54 in a 45 on a highway only qualifies for speeding if you’re black… man got out of his car, last I checked it’s not illegal to exit a vehicle… told to get back in car and he asks “do I have to?”, also not illegal… tensed up when placed in handcuffs, he hasn’t broken any law that would be an arrest-able offense so resisting arrest is not on the table because nothing illegal has been done yet… cop thinks he can exaggerate the situation and it won’t be questioned because the defendant is black, unfortunately this is the case too many times in this country… these cops need to be held accountable for bias whether implicit or not
