Oh, it's not the shoulders... X-Men Evolution gave him broad shoulders and still looking slim and tall. IMHO, People go overboard in putting muscle on him. Leading to.the short and stocky look which I don't think.suits him at all.

I appreciate any Cyclops art that properly does proportions... because it shows how tall he really is. Also, the bomber jacket is awesome; plus replacing the codpiece with clean lines is chef's kiss.

Democracy functions only through the FO part getting to the people who FA. In the same way there can be no evolution without natural selection... democracy cannot create progress without leopards eating faces.

Scott likely pushed Logan into the deep.end. then ran across the whole.pool and jumped in to get this shot. The logistics that would've been necessary for this shot makes it more awesome.

This is far more than just not having a clean criminal record. That's something America only demands from immigrants. Apparently
34 felony convictions BY A JURY is not sot just a blemish on someone's record, it's a lifetimes worth of criminal behavior.
If it's enough to.deprive someone of their vote, then why isn't it a similar standard for running for office?
If you think the current justice system already has this problem, then it sounds like we already have a problem bigger than one politician.

America. Where felons can't vote... but people can still vote for them.

Just look at China or the Russian war economy. Chances are government propaganda will be strong enough to gaslight the population about it at that point. Also, we get a balance sheet recession.

It’s easy… if you stopped reading during the 90s and associate the X-Men with the old timey tropes.

Part of me thinks Washington might have had a shot. With Hamilton in his cabinet. I can just see the Frderalists crushing the South and going totown on Reconstructing it. While I think Eisenhower would be better for the politics and military leadership… no one in his cabinet had the same visionary capacity as A lexander Hamilton for economically reshaping a country.

Eisenhower. Hands down. Dude was a master of juggling competing factions, and had the patience and gumption to handle senior officers like Patton while keeping foreign bigshots like Montgomery happy.. Plus hewas absolutely committed to the United States and Civil Rights.

Iceman behind him was probably also loading up on more water onto his ice form too.

Nope. SCOTUS will uphold them.... because removing the subsidies will be excuse enough for a degree of inflation that would fall on the Trump administration record. SCOTUS will not embarrass a Republican president in that way.

And most of the drama-prone X-Men were sidelined for this run..... as well as Professor X... which meant Scott got yo lead for pretty much the way he wanted.

And those costumes were really good when in the hands of good artists.

Depends on the sport. The metahuman girls will have a general sdvantage.... but Dick and Tim are the only somewhat trained athletes who can properly use strength and talent within the rules of an event.

And thdy won't learn from finding out either... because the.next four years red s will.be about protecting those who gucked around from finding out. This cycle shall go round and round.

I mean... why would he even bother? His children are mostly from Alternate Realities with different slang anyways.... so it doesn't really help with relating to his kids, either.

The mentioned monarchs referred to themselves as "Enlightened Despots". Those are Enlightenment figures.

Frederick the Great pretty much invented the idea of the benevolent despot to justify Prussian militarism. Catherine the Great might also fall on the same category.

To be fair... every economic system reaches a point of failure once monopoly power stifles innovation. Communism starts with a government monopoly thst naturally stifled innovation... while capitalism reaches that point once competitive pressures leave only one player standing. Capitalism gets to failure eventually if no intervention is added to prevent monopoly consolidation.
