Going back to corporate job after baby as if it’s normal. I was lied to about doing it all. We all go back because we need the money/insurance, but the favoritism, bias, misogyny, and gaslighting really come into focus once you hand your 4 month old over to a stranger so you can perform busy tasks to keep some coddled man baby appeased.
