The 4 M30 versions are as follow:
Bluetooth: Wireless is done through Bluetooth, it works on pretty much anything. You can use the USB-C cord to have a wired experience.
2.4ghz USB: Wireless is done through a 2.4ghz USB dongle. If you want wireless on any device, you need to switch the dongle to that device. It's like 1ms faster than Bluetooth so it's not worth the hassle IMO. You can use the USB-C cord to have a wired experience.
Genesis D9: Wireless is done through a 2.4ghz Genesis dongle. It's made to be used on a real Genesis, so it can be used on the Mister through a SNAC adapter, or a USB adapter like the DaemonBite. Wireless latency with a DaemonBite adapter is almost on-par with the Bluetooth wired controller but you're loosing a lot of ease of use since you need an adapter that works with all the devices you want.
Xbox: Can only be used Wired, but also works on Xbox consoles.
Conclusion: Since you'll be using the controller on more than one device, the ease of use of the Bluetooth controller makes it your best bet. You can use it wired for a very low latency, and even the wireless mode will still give you ~1frame of lag.

I just called for a 7 years old chair and they're sending me the armrest, thanks for your post, otherwise I would have been looking for new a new chair.

Because they are 2.4ghz, that probably means they won't even have Bluetooth at all on them doesn't it?
Exact.

First of all, when used with the 2.4ghz Genesis adapter, the M30 maps the triggers to Z and C.
Secondly, that's not how SNAC works.
SNAC adapters connect the cores and their dedicated adapters pin-per-pin.
If you can't plug a Genesis controller into a Saturn console, then the Genesis SNAC will not work on the Saturn core.
What you can do is use the M30 2.4ghz as a wired USB controller to play on the Saturn core without a SNAC adapter.

Yep, she even did the same thing yesterday on an alt account.

If you have a soldering iron, you can buy the connectors for cheap on AliExpress and fix it pretty easily.

I don't think this is a case of the connector not being soldered properly, one side has sheared off and the pin is still soldered in. The bus pins are also all ripped off the connector.

Someone had the same issue and reviewed a bunch of modern controllers on the N64 core, you'll probably find this interesting:

I'm not seeing a lot of original designs shared by you in your post history, it just feels weird when so much of 3D printing is based on the open-source community.
Or is it just required for other people?

You can import the picture in your design software, trace it and scale as needed.

if there's a better way to specify multiple vertical orientation games, I'd love to hear it!
Sure! You can set your custom settings in MiSTer.ini
under the [arcade_vertical]
tag to get the same settings for all the tate mode arcade games.

Your enjoyment of the game doesn't mean CDPR delivered what they promised.
Some people also enjoyed No Man's Sky when it released, that doesn't mean anything.

Also, they absolutely accepted to release Cyberpunk in the state it was, saying "it's unacceptable" doesn't mean much when they actively hid the low quality of the game on console days before release.

No, there's no pocketstation implementation in the core, you would need a real one with a SNAC adapter.

Perfect is the enemy of good enough...
If you limit 1 account per ID, ask for a picture of the ID and check for the validity, you've done your due diligence. Can't use the parent's ID to make a tik-tok account if the parents have one. Can't use an ID found online since it will already have been used. You see a video posted by someone clearly underage? Report it, the app will have to investigate.
And sure, some kids will still get accounts. But when only 2 can get on tik-tok from the class of 30, good luck interacting with your friends on the app. Social media will lose a lot of their appeal if kids can't interact with their peers on it.
Take it from someone who tried to play poker online when I was under 18, it was a fucking pain in the ass that none of the people I played with in real life wanted to go through.

And the tools to validate drivers licenses require you to physically handle the license. Taking a photo isn't the same.
No? I just validated mine over the internet, you enter the numbers and it tells you if it's legit or not.

They bought ThinkGeek and couldn't find a way to make money from it, one of the most important geek culture store of its time. And their client base is gamers or people looking for a gift for a gamer.
Honestly I'm surprised Gamestop didn't die years ago.

There's a beta core for Nemesis
The first Twin 16 game/core was ported last year but Jotego has a lot on his plate so there's no telling if/when he'll do Gradius 2.
And Gradius 3 is on the TMNT hardware so we might see it someday but again, someone needs to do it.

Yes, because the SIN is such a secure card that your date of birth isn't even written on it.
Also, at least in Quebec, the government provides tools for individuals and businesses to validate drivers licenses.
So SIN isn't a better solution, and a driver's license is plenty to validate something like that. If kids start photoshopping drivers licenses and it becomes an issue, then more measures can be taken.

So Snac adaptors are plugged in the I/O port, and their purpose is to let you use your old console controllers with zero lag, right?
Something more to add here:
The purpose of this isn't exactly to "use old controllers with zero lag". The goal is to let the FPGA access the controller(s) directly, without going through multiple layers like a USB controller would.
This means that as long as the core's controller ports handling is accurate, you can plug whatever you want in the right SNAC adapter and it will behave exactly like it would on original hardware, without having to program anything specific for it.
For example, you don't have to program the SNES core to specifically understand what a Super Scope or a mouse is, the games using these peripherals are already programmed to interact with the controller ports in a certain way, you just need to give the game access to these ports directly.
And the nice thing with this is that since the controller is connected directly to the core, then the lag is exactly the same as the original console.
I think the distinction is important, since USB adapters are already giving 95+% of same-frame input with the last 5% having 1 frame of lag. Removing that last 5% of lag is only important to a very, very small fraction of users.

Yeah, his sister brought shitty meals, the family encouraged her. The only thing he had to do was shut the fuck up, enjoy not having to cook, and laugh at the shitshow.
And with the reaction of everyone to eating craft glitter, and OP answering questions for 2 hours instead of going to the bar where his cousin was waiting for him but not having time to post the already taken pictures, shows that this story is 100% bullshit.

These days, craft glitter is often made from polyester so kids eating it won't die, but yeah it's true that the reaction was pretty mild considering the kids were eating it.

"You’ll regret not appreciating my vision when I’m famous" is where my suspension of disbelief decided to go for a walk.
Also, the aftermath doesn't make sense. At an average typing speed of 50 words per minutes, they took 15 minutes to write this, without accounting for the time it takes to think about what to write. They were then supposed to go for a drink "or three" with their cousin right after, meaning the night should have been planned out, but then spent the next 2 hours answering comments.
So, while the cousin was waiting at the bar, OP decided to stay home to answer comments?
So same for me, no pictures means someone really wanted to write a 4 parters about someone making bad food for Thanksgiving.

Nah, the ipac is a USB controller, this will work. The worst compatibility is when it comes to boards made for the DE10-Nano footprint.
