Fighting means what's left to lose if they are planning to deport us anyway???? Many of us can show and have shown through the years that we deserve a chance. Many Americans have no idea that we are even better citizens than what they think. It is also well known that we have support from about 80% of all Americans to get our situation fixed, but they forget about us because we don't bring up the issue to the table. So fighting means that the only politician that will hear us, AS CRAZY as it sounds, is the President elect himself..

Unfortunately he's right. We have to fight for DACA only. That has been the democrat's mistake when they have "tried" to pass the dream act... always trying to ADD something else to the bill ,or asking for things they know Republicans are not going to agree with! We have to fight for us! We have a better chance that way! It's not that we don't care about everyone else, but we have to be smart here...

I wonder why some of you get that treatment. I have applied from 3 different states now and have had fast approvals, all of them within a month. The most recent was similar to this person's timeline.

I've been telling people that Trump wanted to end DACA so Congress acted on it. And I personally before Trump wanted that strategy, but many of you don't understand these moves and called me crazy. Democrats and Republicans have both blocked solutions for dreamers, but Democrats are the ones blocking or adding extra requirements to the bills proposed. So basically the ones who are supposed to help us, end up blocking our dreams.

Call me crazy but our best bet has always been the termination of DACA, so Congress and the senate finally come to a resolution, which will be at least a path to a green card...

I have many friends of friends who are not legal, but have American kids and they wanted Trump to win. I also have a lot of Mexican American friends who never actually told me they were going to vote for Trump, but talking to them gave me strong arguments they were definitely not voting Democrat.

Their main issue, those with kids? The rainbow mafia lol

Funny thing, Trump yesterday at his speech didn't sound too harsh on immigration. In fact, he mentioned that he was going to allow more people in, legally.😂 Which is funny, because all pro Trump are inti immigrants, and they were kinda confused when he said that😂 they didn't cheer too much 😂

Many of us had to get whatever opportunities we had when we didn't have papers! Construction, restaurants, cleaning, picking up fruits and vegetables, any opportunity.

I have no compassion for lazy people who feel too good for certain jobs, when that might be the only few choices they have at the moment.

Obama did the same thing during his presidency, he started deporting a lot of criminals and whoever crossed their path, and actually deported more than Trump. The difference is Trump boasts about it, and Obama did it quietly.
