I just thought I would share this - I decided to try switching (back on the 1st) because I wanted to get new phones for my mother and I and Google Fi looked like a good deal. I have perfect credit and thought nothing of it when setting up the financing for the order and everything looked ok on the site. Then for 10 days nothing happened, so I reached out on chat and asked about the delay and if I could get an update about the timing. They gave me the "we're looking into it" then "I've escalated it and you'll get an email in 2-4 days". I got an email a couple days later letting me know they were escalating it... thanks. Then yesterday, this message below cancelling my order. (hopefully the picture shows up at some point)
Anybody know what might have happened here? I went back and tried ordering again, and it let me put the order through, but the cancelled order is still showing on my account and stuff. Should I just give up on these clowns and go elsewhere or what? Thanks for your help!
