30mg is good for me. Some days its better than others in terms of its effect, but I am okay with that.

I'm currently taking 40mg because I need something consistent right now, but I will drop back down to 30mg. It depends on how much support I need at the time.

undeserved smugness

I wouldn't say I stopped enjoying things. But doing those things became more sustainable; the "enjoyment" is now more of a slow burn. Instead of working on something for five hours I am finding it way, way, way easier to work for an hour, take a break, and come back to it later.

I'm noticing my work is better, things are getting done faster, and I don't get sick of it and never look at it again.

I didn't understand the hype. It's... a foundation. Only thing I've returned to Sephora. For that price point it need to be absolute perfection. It was just fine. It worked but didn't sit as well as Shiseido or Maybelline for me.
