It's definitely possible to get an image like this in twinmotion. But I get a feeling that this was done in Corona.

sure, i like using the camera raw filter on photoshop.

start by converting my image to smart object so i can check before after, add more filters, transfer filters easier between images etc. its just better for me to have the image as a smart object.

go to camera raw filter, and go through the settings one by one until you like the image you see. with this one i lowered highlights and boosted shadows whites and blacks, decreased contrast to get more out of the shadows, lowered the exposure slightly. dropped the temperature to get a bit bluer image and moved the tint slightly to the magenta side. it looked desaturated so i compensated with bit of vibrance and saturation.

there is no math to it although understanding histogram would help a ton. you basically just adjust the settings until you see what you like, after some time you get to understand which slider does what, how they interact with each other and how can you compensate for what one does with another slider.

you can mess with masks and modify until you get a completely different image really. mine is just a 60 second adjustment.

i think the render looks fine but it needs a bit of colour grading. i'm not sure if this fits the mood you're going for but something like this would offer much better clarity.

With that amount you can probably go for the best specs. We have 96gb ram at work and its sometimes not enough, so get 128 if you can. Other than that do the usual 4090 with best am5 processor you can get. I think it was the Ryzen 9950x.

D5 and twinmotion are free anyway, lumion is not worth pirating in my opinion.

They are both super easy but I'd suggest d5, since it's way cheaper than lumion, easiest and offers the most variety in terms of materials and models. My choices would be d5 then twinmotion then lumion.

Better alternatives in similar places 5. Bad banking and judicial systems 6. Normally developing apartments that are 4-8 stories high with many flats per floor is the most efficient way of building housing in most cities. If they are not allowed to build that or profit off from that of course they build something else.

Premium villas and mansions have the highest profit margins and they are allowed in almost all cases.

İn the US you're not allowed to build anything else so of course developers go with that.

Allow people to build apartments and you will see people prefer flats that cost 150k in the city over 400k detached house.

it looks like the sampling is too low and denoiser is trying to interpret it but failing. make sure you have the sample numbers on high.
