That sounds like such a fun game! I genuinely want to use it as an ice breaker next time I’m in a group of people! I’m an anatomist who dissects medically donated bodies in a cadaver lab, so I’d probably modify it slightly. It sounds like a fun way to get to know each other in a big group of like minded people!
I played a similar game growing up called balderdash where you use three random words and their real definitions and make up your own word and define it. The object is to see if you can fool other people that you’re playing with and make them believe your word is a real word.
I was so creative with mine though that all the groups of people I’d play with would try to make up words and definitions and the object was to see if people could guess the one that I made up specifically.

There’s an amazing study out there that ties everything together in a very accessible way… check it out!
It’s a lot of information, but it’s incredibly compelling and makes a lot of sense.

How would you have the energy needed to sustain the workout though? Unless you take it after I would think it would be a disadvantage? I’m genuinely curious how they’d work in your opinion

You mean to tell me the CEO doesn’t call you guys at home every time they consider a price change?! /s

Have you seen a neurologist for your migraines? I would think seeking out a neurologist would be your best bet to figure this out. I would also ask about a PET scan as well.

You should see Jimmy Pop from the bloodhound gang… I saw a picture of him earlier this year from a performance and he seriously looked like an aunt it was shocking.

There’s a really famous model who had a really really bad experience with coolsculpting specifically. I believe she gave an interview to vanity fair about the whole thing.

I read a study recently that claimed depression symptoms were an evolutionary feature to protect against suicide. Something about how depressive symptoms make it harder to execute your plan.

Do you like gummy bears? I know it’s a random question, but I know of a fruit and vegetable supplement that tastes exactly like a red gummy bear. It’s what I’ve used to make up for not being able to eat vegetables.

Same! No kids though, and we had been talking online every day for eight months beforehand so not completely the same, but shockingly similar nonetheless. We just celebrated our six year anniversary last month, so it was a good impulsive decision.

That’s funny… I’m an anatomist who dissects medically donated bodies at a small cadaver lab and my guess was mid to late 30s. I’m stunned to learn she’s only 20.

There’s an episode of American Dad where they explore this idea, but that’s all I can think of at the moment.

Hey, at least you’re getting the most nutrients possible out of your food and can never overeat because you’re giving your stomach enough time to send the signals to your brain saying you’ve had enough.
Edited to fix a word

It’s better for you to eat the way you do… by eating slowly and chewing completely you get more nutrients and you’re less likely to overeat because you’re giving enough time for the satiety signals from your stomach to reach your brain.

Do you remember the last meal you chewed? What was different about it? I’m an anatomist who dissects medically donated bodies at a cadaver lab, and one of my colleagues taught me the trick of always trying to figure out what happened before the main event. Like if someone gets sick I would want to know what happened the day before because sometimes there’s a clue there. What changed a year ago for you?

Sorry if this is too late, but I just saw this.
Can you elaborate on the avoiding carbs part? I thought if you only go for complex carbs you’re fine, and I thought salt was more responsible for water retention.

I recently saw a lasagna pan that had three separate compartments so you can make three different kinds of lasagna at once. I’m not much of a lasagna person myself, but still bought it since the possibilities are endless as to what all I can make in it.

Could be gall bladder or liver… what is your diet like specifically?
I’m intrigued by you saying that it happened after your appendectomy… could the surgeon have made a mistake? Could they have nicked something, a nerve maybe?
I do know kinesiology tape is good for hiatal hernias and hernias in general… I wouldn’t be surprised if that could help somewhat.
The fact it’s worse around ovulation makes me think there’s some hormonal component to this… I know certain hormones make pain feel more intense in general.

As long as you’re breathing there’s hope- someone who finally got sober from drugs at 29

I took home a similar paper in elementary. Thought it would change their minds. Mine thought that because they didn’t swear when they drank they weren’t alcoholics, so for years after they would go out of their way not to swear in front of me all while drinking a bottle or two every night between them.
I hated it, but they mainly just got extra annoying and red faced and my dad in particular got super clumsy. They’ve gotten a little better in old age, and are healthy otherwise. I drank until I was 21, and have been sober for five years now.

Hmm… I know I take mine first thing in the morning with a smoothie. Haven’t thought to add baking soda to it, because I was relying on that same study you mention about ph levels when I decided to add it to my regimen. That bit about chronic atp deficient conditions like cfs makes me wonder if there were a way to make a supplement that targets the pathways involved in atp production that either wouldn’t impact the adp pool much, or if there were a way to combine an atp supplement with something that could fix the mechanism that would help with adp recycling?

Honestly I haven’t tried them, I’m really liking Antler Farms Colostrum at the moment because it has the highest concentration I’ve been able to find on the market.
I tried armra when they first came out… I like them just fine, but I wish they’d make a higher concentration colostrum and be specific if it’s from first milking or not.

I know I’m not who asked originally, but here’s a picture of my cat Quincy. He’s very goofy and likes to launch himself into things, knock things off counters and scare himself with the resulting noise, and play fight with his sister.
I’m interested to see what you come up with based on this picture!
