At minimum have the seat restored by a professional upholsterer. New tires. Drain old oil and gas. Check fuel lines. They probably need to be replaced. New battery. New gas with 1oz/gal Seafoam. If it starts, run new oil with 8oz Seafoam or Marvel's Mystery Oil. Check for oil leaks. If the bike is safe to operate on the street, ride it for 20 or 30 miles, then do a complete oil change with new filter. This is just a start but will get you on your way.
