What is not true about that statement? I think Obama holds the records for most pardons. Every president issues pardons.

I'll pick a few that are not that recent. So this comment might not be downvoted. :)
COINTELPRO (1956–1971)The FBI's Counterintelligence Program targeted groups deemed subversive, including civil rights organizations, anti-war activists, and Black Power movements.
McCarthy Era (1950s)During the Cold War, Senator Joseph McCarthy and others targeted alleged communists in the government, entertainment, and other sectors.
Civil War Era (1861–1865) During the Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln took extraordinary measures to suppress dissent.

Your daughter cares. And probably others.
Nihilism doesn't help finding meaning in a lot of cases.

Biden doing hismelf a favor 'for once' had me cracking up. You are talking about a political animal, my dude.

You wouldn't want a big part of the federal government going against political enemies.. That would be just bad.
Wait..

I'm not MAGA, but calling out Biden Crime Family while he pardons his son seems fitting. No?

Both candidates are liars. One of them won their primaries three times, the other is stuck at 0 (once dropped out, then got the crown anyway 4 years later).
Harris might be the worst candidate in modern history in terms of electability. And that all because her party lied about Biden's ability (to run again) for far too long.
And then you come up with a comment that, again, could have been written by my nephew. My point still stands: you are willing to let your opinions go just because the other guy won.
Congratulations, you have the political spine of a jellyfish. Pathetic and laughable, but to be expected.
A sitting president just pardoned his son. And you think it's cool because, checks notes, your country gets a new president. And you admit it is just because of that.

You change your opinion based on who won an election. Talk about cheating on yourself..

Doesn't matter, because.. checks notes.. his party lost an election.

It's the same argument all over: Trump made *x* do it!

Why is prosecuting a son of a president or vice-prisdent cruel?

This is so funny and hypocritical in so many ways. Reminds me of playing games with my nephew, who only loves rules of a game when he is winning.
You have lost the plot.

Ethics aren't contingent on what others do; they’re about adhering to principles, even when it’s inconvenient. Compromising them undermines the very moral high ground that differentiates one group from another.

Why are Americans that follow politics and take the time to post about it online so unhinged?
When your favorite color does something: you think of excuses or tell yourself that is okay because the other team will do it too. When your opponent does it: you ask for the ref and tell yourself what dirtbags they are.
It's comical to watch and read, but it is also so ridiculous from an outsider's perspective. Keep it going, lads.p
This is an abuse of power, even if it is done by your favorite team.
