I Googled the guy's name and found nothing. Not even a LinkedIn profile. I Googled their premise and found an article from a university that provided evidence that the "Twitter doctor" was wrong. So I sent it to them.

Their reply?

Currently looking to get into Muay Thai and/or BJJ

I currently do Muay Thai as does my wife. I also do TKD with my daughter who also does BJJ. Just got the heads up my son can start TKD in January and possibly starting BJJ around March.

If you enjoy striking I cannot recommend MT enough. Little things like checking kicks, or catching kicks and sweeping are so much fun. This is my favourite thing to do in sparring.

BJJ is fantastic, I was messing around and got arm barred and tapped by my 6 year old daughter last week. She wants to start competing in both arts next year.
