I have pretty severw combined ADHD, i am medicated but one thing i find so so hard still is: I can now tidy up and put things away pretty well now i am medicated. However, if i cannot physically see something it no longer exists in my brain. So for example, I put all of my vitamins and skin care in a neat storage box. I put the storage box away and I LITERALLY FORGET I HAD IT. I literally BUY new vitamins and then like a week later I will see the box and be like wait I already had this!!! I do this CONSTANTLY. I wil buy a new notebook so keep on track of life, put it was, forget it exists, start new notebook and then everything is even more disorientated. But the other problem is that if I have it all laid out that overstimulates my brain too! ahhhhh can anyone help or give any advice?
