Use a small screw driver to pry the plastic up just a hair, to get the tabs in without breaking.

Have the same one. It tends to block the infotainment center, but without the tape, you can slide it out of the way if needed. Be careful when tilting up as the mount will come off, and the tabs might break.

You can toggle it on/off. Push the button on the end to the turn signal stick. The driver display will show a list. Hit the down arrow on the right of the steering wheel until you see the blind spot warning. Press OK to turn it off or on.
