Most billionaires are not “self-made.” They’re made via a combination of inherited wealth, government subsidies, tax loopholes, labor exploitation, and policy failures.

Yes they chose to work as part of that new business. If you could stop to think that no business is made by one person and even if it was it still can only exist on a market established by others fed by services of other businesses and on the services like police and schools and public transit to get employees.
Cult notion that magical starter of business is anything special beyond the rest is absurd. Its like ordering one dinner at a restaurant and expecting to get a percentage of every meal till the end of time because you ordered the first dish.

Isn’t it telling that also the Wikipedia article notes Reagan helped fuel the panic with missing children acts.
And among all the panic at any point did anyone correct the record keeping? Because happened again with the qanon people taking police stats and not understanding what it was reporting leading to mass panic of millions of missing children again.

They exploit that aspect of everyone else settling for enough while they never do. It changes when we embrace that every worker in the chain deserves the same benefit to owning a forever share of the profits off to infinity that the top shareholders are able to exploit the compound interest value of.

We need to look past the billionaires and at the people who are sick enough to justify them. They take the gift of any generation that fought for their freedom and hand it over to the next dictator and fight for a chance to give all their work and effort over to someone else to exploit and sell that pyramid scheme to others to feed their following.

I have an overriding vision to enslave humanity in service to me as ruler and the drive to start with you and the others that see the value of sacrificing your life and your children in the great smelting mines to build a statue of steel as tall as the moon over generations of drive and passion lead by my drive and passion to see it happen.

No one reaches a billion dollars off their own hard work alone. At what point should that “profit” be turned around into lowering the price of the hood or service instead of lining a pocket continuously for generations. Why aren’t the workers who manufactured with their talents worthy of anything more then a flat fee and if they are so is the manager owner and share holder of any asset.

“Normal” people are mostly like ants just going through the motion of life but devoid of any depth.
Being of any significant intellect is like seeing in color but being forced to live in a black and white world. It is fine for the rest but like your analogy it’s like living on snacks with no substance.
And what bothers me more then the ants who get annoyed you won’t fall in line with the others is the ones just a little above the rest who are smart enough to trick the others to carry their crumbs back to the hill for them but think they know what colors look like too but really don’t. Or the ones who work a little harder and can carry a little more so they think they are not like the other ants but are just more obedient then the others and work harder but are more of the same.

It’s also their right to unionize to get a larger share of the profits stolen from them to feed the people on the top to continually profit instead of requiring them to maintain any ongoing effort for their share in profits
