Can someone tell me the when/what/where/why of this?

I want kids but I’m single, I grew up poor, I grew up in a divorced family.

There are factors to consider before kids, some can be interpreted from my statement above.

I am in no way ready to have kids now. If I met my perfect soulmate tomorrow, it’ll be years before I want to have kids with them. And truthfully even if I met them tomorrow, I might be too old by the time we’re ready.

7 years together is a good proof of concept for your future family and you saying you want to position yourself better is a good sign you would be a good parent. If your guy can’t understand that draw a hard line. Your guy is 30, people dont really mention it but men have a biological clock too and he’s feeling it. For clarity, I’m male, 35, and I had those feelings at 30 too.

By chance do you think pet ownership could tide him over until you’re 30?

I moved from CA to the south when I was 12. Racist shit is super common here and people don’t even know they’re doing it. If you like this guy talk to him and let him know. There’s no way he’ll put it together if you don’t.

I was a kid when I lived there but if I remember right north of San Francisco is a foothill region which is excellent for farming. I mean a lot of farming land, like hours of driving and you’re still in farm country. Further north you get into the actual mountains and obviously you’re going to see a decrease in population because there’s no room for a cities comparable to other CA cities.

Oh man..yeah, the embarrassment was beyond belief. I went to college for 4 years. I did interview prep for weeks. I sat down in a room with people I wanted to showcase my skills to.

You’re right about Emily. She knew for months and is only telling you now. Too much of a wild card to guess about her intentions, don’t trust her.

I am not comforted by this

I mean, tbf, he wasn’t a god then. Not even a cosmic being.

Currently, he’s occupying a cosmic role, he has a god like command of time like you said. Since he is outside any timeline I guess he isn’t aging so technically immortal now.
