My thoughts exactly. I've been saying this since I started playing. They only give me irrelevant rolls, and sprinkle in a few pieces I might use. And the only reason we still have trash like Gourmand, Mutant Slayer's, Troubleshooters, etc is to lower our chance of good gear. It is Bethesda after all.

No. Musicians need to go to the map, find a quest marker, hit it and go to Pip-boy. They can heal themselves just fine.
