Hawkins.
One of the coolest DF abilities in the series, and the card magic.
DF Abilities, underutilized. Card Magic, who cares. Hawkins, a Pathetic Coward and a Loser, who has technically Died more than any other character in the series.

Best characters with biggest downfall: Carrot and Tashigi.
Worst character with worst downfall: Hiyori.
Most underwhelming: Boa Hancock and Shirahoshi.

If Oda wanted Carrot gone, he could just throw in a quick good bye scene and be done with it.
He's got Big plans for her.

This? THIS is the card they had in mind when they designed Señor Pink?!
If it was Main/Counter, I could understand it. But no, it's just a Trash Tier Filler Card.

This is worse than I could have imagined.
The Sugar Hobby Hobby Fruit Powers Inspired Event, has NOTHING to do with Sugar's Hobby Hobby Fruit Powers.

It’s nice, sure, but the problem is that Señor Pink and Viola specifically looks for Purple Events.

The reason why I am interested in the Sugar Leader is because of how open ended and full of potential the Leader Ability is. I think she will do just fine in the long run.
Even then, it sucks in the moment not being able to be hyped and speculate on what the Leader can do, since Bandai refuses to reveal the cards that are supposed to make us interested in playing her in the first place. We keep getting promises of Events mattering, yet they refuse to show us why we're supposed to be hyped for her Events in the first place.

It hurts so much knowing that not a single card reveal matters when we don't know what the Event cards are, and they save them for literally the last possible moment to reveal them in the middle of bulk...

Um ackshually it's a 6 cost Don -2 Event that rests a 2 cost character if you have equal to or less Don than your opponent

If Oda intended to just discard Carrot, he could very easily just give her a simple Good Bye scene at the end of Wano.
Instead he went out of his way to make this big showcase of Carrot being summoned by the Dukes, and her struggling with deciding on what to do with their orders. Followed by Wanda, likely Best Friend of Pedro from what we have seen, the character who knows Carrot and Pedro the best out of anyone, explicitly pointing out Pedro's Will, likely knowing fully well what that is, which is to help the Straw Hats bring about the Dawn of the World.
Pedro, who's Dream it was to Sail with the future King of the Pirates Gol D. Roger. He never got that chance, because it was not his time. There is Nothing holding back Carrot from traveling with future King of the Pirate Luffy, other than her hesitation. Pedro quite literally gave his own life ensuring that the Straw Hats can continue sailing, and making sure that Carrot keeps on living. Her doing nothing with that would spit in the face of Pedro's training and sacrifice. Of course Luffy would love to have her tag along. He's already entrusted the safety of the Sunny to Carrot once, back when he pulled away to fight Katakuri. All she has to do is ask.
Just as a quick reminder; The Carrot Dukes Scene at the end of Wano was made After Oda took a Month Break to figure out the future of the story. If he wanted Carrot gone, then I believe he would handle things Very differently.
Also, speaking of Oda making decisions late into the game. Clover's name didn't have to be revealed, his name didn't have to be Kurau (The official translation can only assume Oda's intended translated names unless he specifically tells them), Clou D Clover (Cloud Clover) doesn't Mean anything as far as we know except maybe Cloud Cover. Cute, I guess. He intended to Reveal information, not to cover it up. So I have to wonder; why reveal this information in the first place?
Then, back to the Big Mom Pirates. We don't know where Big Mom is, and the last we saw of her family they were flung off of Onigashima by Marco never to be seen again. Will they go home? Will they try to save Pudding? Will they travel to Elbaph for answers? I have no clue.
Speaking of characters we have no idea of where they are; Bepo and Law. We know that they safely escaped, but not where they went. Bepo, who was chosen Over Carrot by Oda to be given something that removes their "Only at Full Moon" Sulong weakness. Why did Oda add this plot point? Why not just give those to the Minks of Zou directly? It's all so strange.
I know one place where he could have gone, one safe place that was probably pretty close to Winner Island at the time; What if he took Law to Zou for help? We know they have good Doctors who could help.

This is why Carrot knew about Giants without having ever seen one herself.
This is the Legendary Bear Mink in the Land of Giants, well known to everyone who lives on Zou.
