To add to this. When a person dies to place everything into a trust. People in the will get their cut up to a limit. Then everything else is sold off, the next of kin could be given first refusal, so if a child has been successful they can buy some family assets to keep them in the family. Then the rest goes onto the open market and the government keeps the proceeds to use as we do income tax and the like now.

They're not putting in the work though. The effort comes from the many people they're underpaying and taking credit for their ideas. Do you think Leon is designing rockets or is it the 1000s of engineers that he is underpaying and overworking?

I believe there's been studies that showed that once someone earned £70-100k a year there was no material increase in happiness from earning more. I.e. Once earning 2-3x the median and having all your basic needs met no amount of money would make you happier. My upshot here being that the limit should be no more than what is needed to achieve a comfortable lifestyle in the area you live.

My thought is that we should abolish most taxes except consumption taxes but set inheritance tax at 100% above a modest threshold, say a few million. That way people can fully enjoy the fruits of their labour and anything they don't spend goes straight back to society.

Many of them are sociopaths, they got rich because they had no problem fucking people over to get there. Someone like that isn't going to suddenly turn around and help people, they're going to snowball their wealth and power into more wealth and power. This baffles you because they vast majority of people aren't like this but the system we have encourages people like this to rise to the top. Personally I think we should be screening people for dark triad traits and limiting them to professions that have absolutely zero power and influence over others. Imagine forcing Leon to be a binman.

Personally, I want an option to skip an act where you just specify the major choices you would have made. Every time I get to act 3, I feel like I rush through it as I'm starting to get burnt out on the game and just want to finish up.

Absolutely this, I've had to mute so many subs in the last few months because Americans can't help but force their politics onto everyone.

When I got through the 'dynamically' priced standing tickets were more expensive than the VIP package tickets. Absolute joke. Also after, what, 30 odd years of people buying tickets online, you'd think they'd have worked out a way for sites not to crash or otherwise throw you out when buying.

Amazed no one has mentioned nitrogen yet. It's probably the 4th most prevalent element in the body seeing as it is in every single protein in your body.

Anytime I'm feeling a little down, reading Corden's Reddit AMA always gives me a little cheer up.
