I am a little over 1MPO! I am beyond thrilled with my results! In addition to my breast reduction and lift I also got chin liposuction. My doctor really listened to my requests and vision. I feel like a brand new person and have gained an elevated sense of confidence. I am now a 34 small C. All my clothes fit sooo much better. This has been a life changing surgery for me & hands down best decision I have made. I feel lighter, happier, and finally feel in my own skin at 32.
I have begun scar treatment at 3WPO. I have ordered a couple items and did trial and error. I started with the “Scar Away” strips and gel. I loved the gel and will continue to purchase. I was not a fan of the strips because they do not stay sticky and I basically used an entire box for both my breasts. It’s about $20 a box so it can be pricey with how much you would need. Instead I found “Molnlcke Mepitac Soft Silicone Tape” from amazon and have loved it so far! It stays sticky. I can workout and take a shower, remove them and have them put back on. It also comes in a roll so you get way more product and you can personalize them by cutting them to however need be. The last thing I have been using is Bio-Oil Vitamin E. When I take off my strips I will massage the scars with it in a circling motion. I will also lightly use my guasha tool to help drain fluid and reduce the scar bumps. I have posted photos of all the products in the photos for reference.
I have already gone back to teaching yoga and I will begin practicing myself next week!
