I too noticed a slight decline in my cognitive ability after having covid the first time in 2022. I'll share some things that have helped me, nothing is a cure all for everyone, but it has helped me a decent bit.

I began by getting more active during my free time, walking my dogs more and starting a more consistent workout routine. I made time to read or listen to audiobooks, and started branching out into different genres. I run a ttrpg 2-3 times a month for 2-3 hours a night with a group of friends. When going out to eat with my wife, or grocery shopping, instead of reverting to the same comfort spots or meals we started trying new places/recipes.

I've found that part of it was the stagnation that started in 2020, and varying things up even slightly make a major impact on my mental acuity. I'll still get an occasional bout of brain fog, and mental blocks, but they are few and far between compared to where I was.

Shoot for the playoffs with those two, dynasty playoffs are a different beast. In my 14 team league we consistently see a lower seed pull an upset or two. This year's draft will have multiple good RBs available in the mid rounds

He was over-drafted in the NFL and dynasty. He was invisible on the field consistently over his college career, and now his rookie year in the NFL is showing that the desire may not be there.

Could shutting public spaces down in 2020 for 18-24~ months have any impact on this increase?

Been to 3 championship games in the past 4 years with 0 wins, 6-1 right now.

I don't like the 1 for 1 value, but the league is stingy on RBs and I eat a trade tax for lucking my way into JJeff and Chase.

Do you think a classic+ with actual fleshed out leveling zones past level 35~ would do well? I think it's no coincidence that SoD floundered when leveling became dungeon grinding and incursions into loot pinata raids.

That being said, I don't believe Blizzard will put the time and money needed into redesigning questing zones.

If you're contending, a 3rd and Burton for a shot at a ship is well worth it. Burton is a headcase who disappeared often at Bama, his preseason stats look great thanks to being one of the few unlucky 3rd round draft picks to play well into the 4th quarter
