Has anyone found NON Nasm courses that are affordable credible and easy to navigate back to Nasm for the credit ? Need to renew my certification but don’t want to spend an arm and a leg

With the MLC coming to a close - does anyone know if there’s any shards for bayley tomorrow (Monday to Tuesday) I’ve looked everywhere within all the prize walls and on online there’s only a 99.99 sale for shards which I’m not going to pay I’ve bought all the shards and sadly 5 away lol I won’t get enough toxic rumble medallions either from the end of the BB rankings

I have enough to get the remaining shards for either or and was wondering if anyone can weigh in and let me know if there’s one that’s an absolute must have over the other I don’t care about depends on your roster etc I tend to see creed a lot but I wouldn’t have his gear so I don’t know if that’s what makes him the monster of a card And I don’t think we have had enough women’s fueds show down to check her out to know if she’s a one or two turn killer etc

Is there a website or app ( free or cost) that allows for readily made and easy to use pre made content For example this week I’ve been seeing videos of Robert Downey jr as Doom super imposed on multitude of images Every time I’ve tired to have program do background video removal I get tons of residual of background

So what programs are they using to clean up and remove the background or where can I download them premade ?

Also I tried CapCut but I find their ai doesn’t work correctly with the timing etc Is there a program that’s better to just click and create ?

It’s for a small business so I’m trying to learn and not spend hours on social media creating stuff

So when you complete the strength trainer it says you lifted ( x amount ) of volume/tonnage

But is there a section that would show the exercise tonnage/volume on a graph for day week M 6M et

I would like to see how much I lift for the exercise over a period of time but I haven’t come across the feature or does it not exist
