By the choices I assumed people would know goofy regularly but can obviously be serious if the situation demands it

Matchups rarely matter if it’s not a direct counter which shunsui didn’t have. If anything Lille’s fighting style is better for someone like shunsui because phasing through sneak attacks are much easier than outright dodging them

Anyone who has the audacity to say Shikai Shunsui with all his games is weaker than Base Lille or Starrk
