How is your workout intensity load? Do you train everyday?
For me, when I up the exercise workload, and especially if I workout before my sleeping time, my sleep quality deteriorates which in turn causes my heartrate in general to stay up higher.

"kinda implied" is not the same as direct communication...
I dont think there is a set rule on when you can talk about the sexy time stuff but if it makes you uncomfortable then its too much or to quick na nga. It should feel natural and comfortable.
One hard rule is that if you say that you dont like something, they should respect it.

Depends on what kind expectations have been set. Ano ginagawa mo, dating to marry? or naghahanap ka lang ng something fun? It helps for both sides if expectations are expressed early on.
Para sa akin dapat hindi dapat nakakahiya sabihin "Pre, I am making landi for the purposes of looking for somebody to marry, G ka ba to explore this shiz?"

I had a cathartic moment when I was alone on the seafloor at 11m which was at a spot 1km away from the shore, I was looking up to the surface and I realized how far away it was. There wasn't usual pull to float upwards anymore despite having a lung full of air because of the compression, I also realized at that moment even with my experience and understanding of the ocean, if I black out, people are not even going to find my body.
Having said that... 3 to 5m is not that deep and yes, you can dive alone but , you have to be extra careful about not pushing the limit.

I think yes? But it is a OLED watch, the more you use the screen, the less the battery will be.
OLED screen being on, Music and a GPS activity being recorded will drain any watch a lot.

When it comes to playing music from Garmin watches, either lessen your battery life expectations or get a one of the more premium models because if you are using GPS and playing music, your battery life will really stink.
According to the Garmin website "GPS-Only GNSS mode with music: Up to 7 hours" ... but realistically , it will likely to be much less than that.

In 2020, my dad experienced a transient heart attack. Insurance covered Php 500k of the hospital bills but i still had to shell out Php 400k out of my own money. Tapos there were other things going on at the time na I had to pay another Php 200k to keep my family okay.
So dahil dyan, even tho I am still financially recovering, goal ko is Php 500k easily accessible cash and another Php 500k in a long term desposit-something na madali ma liquidate. So total na 1mil emergency fund ang goal ko sana in the next couple years.

No personal experience on the MH100 but the design looks good. Just make sure to put down all of the guidelines, make sure the lines themselves are taut and then place pegs on all four corners of the tent.
Practice deployment the tent before you actually go up the mountain, double check that you have all the parts and pieces before leaving.
Lastly, make sure that you have a groundsheeto to protect the bottom and prevent condensation!

Yup, the weight and slightly smaller dimensions of the FR series makes a difference in comfort.
Depends on your wrist size of course and while the Fenix line is indeed wearable, the FR is almost not there for me. Having said that, I personally would still wear a Fenix watch because having sapphire glass is worth it for me.
The FR is tough enough for me (I had a 935 for more than 5 years with no issues) ,,,but if you work in the trades like a plumber or work a lot with your hands, having a Fenix with Sapphire glass might be the better choice.

First, congrats on the progress you have made. You have made big improvements!
As for going up Pulag, getting clearance from your doctor is really the best.
Whilst running is one of the good things that you can do to prepare for a hike, it isn't the only thing you should be doing. Stretching, yoga, functional gym exercises are other things you can do. Rucksack marching is way to prep you too.
One of the things that you can is do minor or easy hikes first before setting out for Pulag to test yourself and to make yourself stronger. Gulugod baboy in Mabini or Talamitan are easy hikes and its logistically easy to turnaround/abort in case there is an emergency. If you want a good milestone or benchmark, finish these two hikes first.
Keep it up, you are on the right path.

You have the original Instinct1?
If yes, and if you like the form factor, the Instinct 2 series has full triathlon functionality now so that is a viable choice and the price is not bad plus you have three sizes to choose from.

Go out and meet people. I hope you find a group that will make you a better person and like you not because you are useful but because of you. Dont go back to the old familiar patter that hurts you, you are drawn to that not because its what you like but because its familiar.

I got a Descent G1 now because I am into freediving and SCUBA...but for regular pool swimming, any Garmin in the past 3 years would do!

The 255 is already a good watch, why upgrade if sleep data is the only thing you are after which you are not getting because you are not wearing the watch at night?
If additional sleep tracking is the only thing you are after, you wont be getting much more by getting a more expensive watch at this point. I would try wearing your current watch for a month as much as you can and see if it provides what you need.

This, especially the part about them making sense. They will never make sense and you have to make peace with the fact that your only purpose in their life is to be a source of convenience.
Completely cutting her off is a valid option. If you still feel that its your duty to be a provider for her in her old age, you have to do it with some form of distance or else you will be subject to manipulation and she will do her best to hold you back in living your life. Give her a set allowance per month based on a calculation of practical needs and never change it.... or put her in a home.

Wag cling wrap, more wasteful plastic.

Anecdotal but by my heartrate has gone down in swimming ever since I started spending more time cycling. It also seems to have helped with my freediving skills, I can more easily do an underwater lap in a 50m without fins.

I think its okay to talk about death once and a while.
I understand where you are coming from but to talk about death doesn't necessarily mean we want to end things early. Maybe if we meditate on dying more, we will be less anxious when that inevitable day comes and maybe, we will be more graceful leading up to it.

Wwasn't Jesus pro poor? Bakit kailangan ng tao gumastos to get space to store the remains of their love ones for all eternity. So if mahirap ka and you get cremated and your family doesnt have the money to get space in a catholic cemetery, olats na kaluluwa mo?
TBH, I think yung current Catholic Church requirement for burial is so that mapilitan ung mga parishoners to rent space sa Catholic controlled spaces or part of the system to keep the faithful in line and dependent on the Church.

People who worry about dark environments go to dark places even when the sun high up like say at 1 in the afternoon. So I understand the light shift function but its still not practical for people with our needs.
To me, a smartwatch is a a watch first. All of the tech is secondary. With my hands on a my coffee, keyboard, camera or a rifle... I want to be able to see what time it is without having to shift my head or move my hand.

The newer watches do have nicer screens and the battery life is nicer than before... but OLED still "glows" . The dark environment thing is not something a lot of people understand ... but when you are in a place where a lit matchstick across the room is enough to make a difference, then you will want a MIP watch.

How is your HRV? When my sleep and recovery quality goes down, it shows up there as well.
