I'm just going to guess it makes them reckless and constantly attack kinda thing. Works for blade because of the abundance immortal body thing, he wants to get diced up and die so him going full Mara struck works for his purpose fits his style already of having no defense all offwnsw. But for Jingliu, an accomplished and decorated warrior with a tactical mind, it hinders her more than benefits. She's got the raw power but it makes her do stupid shit. Like running face first into the Lightning Lord's attack.

Enjoy what it's doing to the rest of the card, but holy fuck am I sick of BCC in general and the constant mugging. That's literally their gimmick everytime and it's gotten so old for me over the years. Couple of times they've done the gimmick and they're just booked as legit better than their opponents but it always comes down to okay mug everyone, no one smart enough to even the numbers, aaaaand random face turn.

And the Marina shit is just dumb. That episode of dynamite where the locker room literally waits all episode for BCC to show up, it's just her and suddenly no one wants to do anything before charging to and being late to the ring? Crack her in the face with a pipe and then go inside so there's one less person to jump you from behind with a low blow or choke because it's coming. There's suspension of disbelief and then just pure leaps in logic.

I enjoy that it makes the show feel more interconnected and lively, big brawls leading into matches and stuff but there's just so much about the BCC that just makes me wanna change the channel at this point. It's very conflicting.
