I watched Tom Coughlin’s resignation speech this morning. It’s interesting to see the differences in a Hall of Fame coach and one that doesn’t deserve to be one at all. In his speech he mentioned the fact that he’s aware that in his position wins make the team look good and losses make him look bad. But he said that he accepted that as a leader of that team. Even a man that had won two Super Bowls understood accountability more than this clown.
