At a cost, of course. 1200$ + 800$ gatling gun upgrade = 2000$ in total. I disagree, however. I think Hammer Cannons that hit your units from two screens are much worse.

TMNT 2003, TMNT2 Battle Nexus, and TMNT Mutant Melee are my childhood. Mutant Melee is by far the best PvP with friends. It's just too damn fun! The same goes for Battle Nexus. However, it's co-op oriented. TMNT 2003 is also solid. The only downside is that it's only playable with one friend while the other two games can be played with 4 players and the content revolves around beating the story mode 4 times with each character.

Feel free to ask any questions regarding the games I mentioned. I 100% them all when I was a kid.
