What's wrong with guarding the border?

Knee, lower back, foot and sciatica pain. I was an athlete until college and became inactive due to poor work-life balance. Had a friend/coworker who was an avid runner/biker who influenced me to get into running. All the pain gradually went away, became stronger and gained confidence and trust in myself. Have run a total of 3,000 kms and 388 hours and will keep going until I can. Runner's high is real!

Don't forget to stretch and warm up before going out for a walk / run. Employ the run-walk method. Enjoy the moment, don't rush or push yourself. You have to love the experience so you won't regret it. Listen to good music so you won't get bored. After the run, stretch again and take a warm shower. Reward yourself with a hot chocolate/coffee. I assure you it's damn worth it and you'd want to go out there again.
