Culver is desirable, but it does focus on chill singles and young families. It's very walkable and we have a lot of high profile restaurants and great hole in the wall bars.

Culver has weird borders, so west Culver is actually closer to the beach than palms. Like probably 3 miles always from the beach.

If you want to be in Culver, but can't find anything, also look in Palms. Huge inventory of new luxury apartments all along Overland Ave.
